The network
Lions Ascent is a network of 15 independently owned agencies. Each is its own business with its own leadership, and each runs on the same platform, the same carrier shelf, and the same training standard. You do not have to shop them. We match you to the one that fits where you live and how you want to work.
How it is put together
The agencies are genuinely separate businesses. Different owners, different states, different personalities, and they compete for the same carriers' business like anyone else. What they agreed to share is the expensive part: the technology, the carrier relationships, and the standard every new agent is trained to.
That is why we do not put a list of names on this page for you to pick from. Choosing an agency by its name on a website is choosing by the wrong thing entirely. The variable that actually decides how your first year goes is who is responsible for training you, and that is a conversation, not a directory.
Independent agencies
Each one its own business, with its own leadership and its own culture.
Shared platform
Every agent in every agency works out of the same CRM, dialer, and training stack.
Carrier shelf
The same vetted carriers, so your ability to place a client never depends on which agency you joined.
What every agency shares
These are the things that do not vary. Whichever agency you land with, all of this comes with you.
Dialer, lead management, call recording and review, quoting, underwriting guides, carrier library, and a production dashboard that shows exactly where you stand.
Agencies draw from the same set of vetted carriers, so a client with a health condition can be placed no matter whose roster you are on.
Daily live training, a scripted process, certification courses, and call reviews on your own recordings. Onboarding is completed before anyone is cleared to sell.
You are appointed directly with the carriers. Your writing numbers, your book, your renewals, and a written release policy if you ever decide to leave.
How you get matched
None of them are marketing. We would rather place you correctly once than have you restart with somebody else in four months.
01
Your resident state decides which agencies can contract you today and which carriers make sense first.
02
Phone from home or appointments in the field. Those are genuinely different jobs, and different agencies are built around each.
03
The deciding factor. We place you with a leader who has the capacity to run your first ninety days properly, rather than whoever recruited you first.
Every agency in the network is an independently owned and operated business. Affiliation means it uses the shared platform, carrier shelf, and training standard described above. It does not make it a branch office, and it does not make Lions Ascent responsible for its day-to-day operations.
Further out
The structure that lets you get contracted also lets you build. Once you can produce consistently and you have been through the process enough times to teach it, you can recruit and lead your own team inside the same system: same carriers, same platform, same training, with agency support behind you.
Nobody should be recruiting before they can sell. We ask agents to build real personal production and get through a full year of clients, including the renewals and the service calls, before they start bringing people in. An agency built on people who never learned the job is not an agency.
Next step
Tell us where you live, what your schedule looks like, and whether you want to be on the phone or in the field. We will introduce you to the right one.
